Breast Feeding - How to Choose the Right Bra Size

Choosing the right bra for yourself is often a daunting task, especially when you are pregnant. Your body is changing constantly and your breasts are growing bigger as the month's progress. Comfort and support are the most important things to you now. You will find that you will also need to wear a bra when you sleep at night so getting the correct one for you is a must!

There are two main types of bras; these are the maternity bra and the nursing bra. The maternity bra is specifically designed for the comfort and support of your growing breasts. Maternity bra's usually do not have under wire cups but you will find that they have wider straps and extra hooks and eyes on the bands and have a lovely soft lining. I found that I wore my maternity bras right up until my daughter was born and then switched over to the nursing bras. The nursing bras differ from the maternity bras in one main way. They have panels or clasps that release easily and allow easy access for breast feeding. When you do buy nursing bras, make sure that you allow for room to grow. Your breasts may increase as much as a size or two when your milk comes in after your baby is born.

The right fit. Finding a bra that fits correctly is very important. Ask a 貧乳 professional. No matter whether you are in a department store, maternity store or a specialty bra store, ask for help. The assistants are there to help you and the service is free. When you try on the bra, take note of how it feels standing and then sit and see how it feels. There should be no bunching of material, no tightness round the rib cage. You should not be falling out of the bra either. Generally the rule of thumbs here is, if it is uncomfortable in the change room it will only become more so with continued use. You need to be comfortable.
